ACTO

The three points

1.) Member nations must have, in at least the most basic sense of the word, a free market economy. There may be state businesses, but there must be no - very little state intervention and the state must in no way, shape, or form regulate or set supply and demand, which must be freely managed by the market. Furthermore the right for citizens to own private property and for private businesses to take legal action against the goverment must be upheld. The nation must have a working system of, at least economically, Rule of Law.

2.) Member nations must agree to halt the spread of Communism externally - internal affairs, whether they may be outlawing Communist parties, or allowing them to legally exist, are not relevant - however, member nations must take appropriate action to halt the spread of Communist externally, whether it be by opposing Communist invasions or embargoing Communist nations. Under no circumstances shall the ACTO allow a Capitalist nation become a Communist one.

3.) Member nations must do their utmost to protect fellow members against the Red Menace, against insurrections to full blown invasions, by providing some form of aid, whether it be arms or financial aid to military assistance. Under no circumstances shall the ACTO allow a fellow member to be destroyed by the devil Communist.
