Adalese presidential election, February 2006

Adalese presidential election in February 2006 was held normally five years after the last election. The incumbent Arnold Dier van Skogen had been in office already three five-year periodes, so he could not apply for candidacy any more. There was only one round for the winner, Jude Bjärnesson, gatherd over a half of the given votes, and became the successor of president van Skogen. The election took place on 2 February, 2006.
There was a total of 46,455,982 people entitled to vote. Turnout was 68.1 %; 0.7 % of the given votes were inferior.
