The Right Honourable Signora Albinanda Rosa Vittoria Cera Serodini, M.A.PSci. (born 21st September 1973 in Castello Grigio sopra Mernano, Pomentane, Pacitalia) is the seventh Consigliera degli Governmenti of the Democratic Capitalist Republic of Pacitalia, succeeding Constantino Sorantanali as head of state and government for the country after he resigned due to political pressure. She assumed her position as interim leader of the Pacitalian republic after a cabinet vote which confirmed her in the position on 10th August, 2006.
