Alicia li'Wye was born in the Shadowside sector of Wye City. At eighteen, she joined the li'Illorin clan, which would be come one of the most prominent clans in Wye City politics. She rose rapidly through the ranks during the confused years of the Clan Wars, and was a district commander at twenty-two. She was named High King at twenty-three, and has held the post for over 90 Standard Years.
During the Sith Wars, Alicia was captured by Chronos at Paradigm City. Her current status or whereabouts are unknown.
