All Peoples is the founder of Ixnay.
Whilst a nation many will have had little contact with All People's is in actual fact a name alot of us will be familliar with. The nation founded early in the history of the NS is famous worldwide for its huge population and consistent domination of World Rankings for things such as Compassion.
All Peoples resides in the longstanding but elitist region of Ixnay. At a study of the region it appears to be comprised of a closed community of nations who through the game have come to know and respect each other. As before mentioned the region is longstanding and its longevity is linked to this unique and special rapport.
