Alpha C was a captain in the Atlantic Central Command. He was the native the South Pacific in the time of great crisis. Gatren, the previous delegate, had been ejected from the UN and since Alpha C had the highest number of endorsements, he gaine the delegacy.

He ruled the South Pacific until July 14, 2003, when he was deleted for UN multying.
