Alpha C was a captain in the Atlantic Central Command. He was the native the South Pacific in the time of great crisis. Gatren, the previous delegate, had been ejected from the UN and since Alpha C had the highest number of endorsements, he gaine the delegacy.

He ruled the South Pacific until July 14, 2003, when he was deleted for UN multying. As it turns out, the player behind Alpha C was on vacation and left Desert Rose to upkeep his Nationstates account, but Desert Rose had another UN nation. Thus, both nations were ejected from the UN. As a result, Desert Rose asked LadyRebels to succeed Alpha C and protect the region.
