Andoarch

History

Andorarch was founded by Emperor Claudis in 877. The Emperor kept a close eye on his nation with an iron fist. However due to the lack of food, a foreign war, his popularity decreased, and civil war broke out. The war cost the lives of nearly 3 million lives.The Emperor was exiled an a ruling council was set up to govern the people. This was reformed into Andoarchs senate. A general election is now help to decide who would run the country

Goverment

Andoarch is a democratic goverment holding elections every 5 years. The president is helped by his chosen cabinet. It is also a member of the UN. It believes in political freedoms, civil rights and will protect these ideals to the death. Recent Goverment Policy has stated that more help and aid to our allies

Domestic Policy

The Goverment priorties Health, Education, the economy, the military as the most important domestic and invests heavily into them

Foreign Policy

Andoarch is famous for disliking corrupt dicttorships, or any other states that threatens its interests. The Goverment is willing to use its incredible Intelligance services to remove any threats, posed to Andoarch, and its allies.

AIS

The Andoarch Intelligance Services (AIS) are charged with 

protection of Andoarch and its oversea interests. It is strucured into 2 deparments

-The Andoarch Secret Service (ASS) conducts operations,both legal and illegal , in other nations and regions. Can topple other regions, at the instruction of the president

-The Andoarch Defence Service (ADS) defends the nation of Andoarch internally

Both these fall under the Office of Internal Security

Military

The Goverment of Andoarch invests heavily into the military. From troop numbers, to high level of technology, the Armed forces are ready to defend there nation. There commander in chief is the president and they are governed by the Ministy of Defence and of who the Secretary of the Armed forces reports to the President

Army = 450,000 Troops with 100,000 Reserves

Navy = 60,000 Troops with 30,000 Reserves

Air Force= 60,000 with 20,000 reserves

Controversy

It is well known the President authorizes illegal actions against other nations and regions that he/she considers a threat. A commitee on Andorach has recently stated the Intelligance Services, breaks extremly serious law 100,000 times every year, this however has not been confirmed or denied. It is rumoured that the Goverment of Andoarch spies on its allies and allied regions. However the Goverment has strongly denied this, and no evidance has shown the Goverment does this.
