History

In June of 2442, after the Great Crash of North Ireland, a small political party rose, known as the Lighters. They built a strong following and eventually took over the country through peaceful means. People supported them as a party because of their leadership and confidence. The current leader is Redael Godliss, a native-born Andraller who has greataly boosted the economy.

Government

The Lighter's rule is a very loose one, highly operated by the common people. It is run by one man, how goes by the the title of Leader. The term of a Leader is ten years, and when his term is over, he selects his successor. Though many people feared that a Leader would become power-crazed, but all laws are executed through the people, so there is a system of checks and balances. If the Leader creates a law or bill that the poeple disagree with, it can be frozen, and the Leader is allowed two weeks to try to convince his people as to why the bill should be executed. At the beginning of his term, the Leader picks 1 main advisor, 15 head advisors, and 15 sub-advisors. In the case that the Leader is unable to perform his duties, his main advisor takes control, and he selects one of the head advisors for the position of main advisor. He then selects one sub advisor to take place of the head advisor, and he selects a sub-advisor from among the people. Laws are not strict, and the justicie system works more along the lines of rehabilitating and helping convicts rathr than imprisoning them.

Laws are not strict, and the justicie system works more along the lines of rehabilitating and helping convicts rathr than imprisoning them. The Three Unforgiveable Crimes are Murder, Rape, and Treason.

Murder A killing only qualifies as murder under 1 condition, which is that the murderer meant to intentionally harm the victim without a justifiable reason, excluding self-defense. Accidental killings (such as in car accidents or anything of the like) and killings in self defense will be investigated, but are not punishable.

Rape Rape is any forced sexual activity with another that results in emotional or physical scarring. All involved will be psychologically evaluated to see extent of damages.

Treason Treason qualifies as giving military or classified information to enemies or information dealers, joining, founding, conspiring among, or assisting rebel groups, and ditching in a military operation.

All Three Unforgiviable Crimes are punished by a life sentence in solitary confinement.

Currency

All payments are made through copper, silver, and gold drachmas. One hundred copper drachmas equals one silver drachma, and one hundred silver drachmas equals one gold drachma. All coins are coated with a thin, invisible substance that is only accessable by the Currency Deaprtment. This substance is a sign of valadility on a drachma.

Military

Andrall is a peaceful and neautral country. However, this does not imply that it is weak. All of Andrall's cities are imbued with heavy security systems, it has a small yet powerful star fleet, and a powerful and large air force.

Security Systems

In the chance of an invasion, all of Andrall's cities have extensive security systems. If an invasion occurs, the city immediatley goes into lock-down. Thick walls will rise above the city if any unidentified ground unit comes within one hundred yards. The walls are made of a living steel substance which will automatically seal itself if breached. When the unit is within fifty yards, laser cannons will automatically fire. If the unit somehow breaches the wall, Tactical Android Fighters, or TAFS, are released to eliminate the threat.

Star Fleet

The star fleet consists on 10,000 indivdual fighters, equipped with basic laser cannons and two proton missiles, 1,000 destroyer ships, 500 docking/refueling ships, and 50 prototype stealth ships.

Air Force

The air force consists of over 100,000 planes, ranging from fighters to stealth bombers and many expieramental ships.
