Andvari presided over the Liangite involvement in the One Day War and the construction in Barazûn, as well as the contacts with the Illithid of Rlyeh Reemerged, the brief period of alliance with Auman, the planned extension into the seas, and also indirectly oversaw the dwarven contigent fighting the First Tyrannic War.
