Anthony Locke is a philosopher from the Brentwood in South Nashville in the region of Wysteria. He is known for his perennial work the Treatise on Human Tendency, in which he laid out his ideas on human rights, equality, and democracy. It had a profound influence on the framers of the constitutions of South Nashville and Cartesian Praetoria.
