Arctic remains one of the least explored, studied, and understood places on earth.
Arctic is currently under the 'fascesque' rule of the regional organization known as the Glacial Empire, which was founded under Ohrder with aid from The Ice Bears.
Once a widely communist region, a mixture between fascism and capitalism has become the prominent ideology within Arctic, which is largely supported by the GE. Ohrder is the presant UN delegate and regional representant of the GE. Some argue that despite the fact that Ohrder doesn't hold an official regime, he has many qualities of benevolent dictatorship.
