Auctor Tobias is a member of the 16-person law enforcement group known as the Auctoritas. His is a master of Tae Kwon Do and Karate and prefers hand-to-hand combat over weaponry. Although he is still skilled with most kinds of weaponry, he claims that the only satisfying way to defeat a foe is with one's hands. Prior to his work with the Auctoritas he was a martial arts instructor, a profession he plans to return to once his Auctoritas career is finished.
