After failing to capture the Regional UN Delegate position from the Lamoni candidate, Benjamin Mackey confided himself to the role of UN Ambassador for Starblaydia. That is, until the Lord-Protector became disillusioned with the United Nations (specifically: "That's the last straw!") and ordered Starblaydia's withdrawal.
Since then, Lord Mackey has been Starblaydia's representative on the Atlantian Oceania Regional Council, until their affairs were halted by the invasion of Commandos.
