Bhkistan is a large, beautiful and a peaceful country situated in The North Pacific.

It has a shocking history but with history in the past, Bhkistan is rapidly moving on to becoming a wonderful place to live and visit.

Bhkistan consists of mainland Bhkistan and three islands, Austranova, Plorbia and Ozru.

Bhkistan is a constitutional monarchy. The current monarch is King Christopher I and the heir to the throne is Prince Kyler.

Bhkistan was thrown into poverty in the early 14th century, then a economic crash and a civil war also in the 14th century, it has now had time to catch up with the rest of the world.

It is a member of the UN and only has an embassy exchange with three other countries.

Bhkistan is currently not looking for embassy exchanges, but hopes to in the near future.

BREAKING NEWS The Labour Government has been thrown out of office. King Christopher I has issued a statement saying that they had been kicked out due to the fall of the economy, increasing unemployment and increasing crime. At this present time, the King's son, Prince Kyler will temporarly take over and cover until the election starts a year early on the 20th September. NEWS UPDATE - 15th September The economy has recovered and Prince Kyler is relieved that his tactics have worked and even unemployment decreased 0.1% in a week. The people are amazed that the country is now back to business and Prince Kyler is now beginning his new political party to run in the elections in November 2007, a year early, and will stay in power temporarily until then.

Government and Politics

The Kingdom of Bhkistan is a constitutional monarchy. The current monarch is King Christopher I who came into power in 1991.

The heir to the throne is Prince Kyler, the King's son.

The current Prime Minister is Michel Istuban who came into power in 2006 with the rest of the Labour Party who had been seeking power since the 1960's. With a successful campaign, Michel Istuban took office. Michel Istuban is of a Spanish father and a Dutch mother. However Michel Istuban was born on the island of Plorbia, Bhkistan in 1955.

The next General Elections are in 2008. Michel Istuban is under a lot of pressure due to recent declines in GDP and GDP per capita. Even though Unemployment has recently declined, many of the public are protesting to bring back the reliable, confident Conservatives which ruled the country from 1961 to 2006.

The Liberal's are currently in much debt and are considering closing down the party. This means there will only be 2 main parties, with many other small registered political partys. King Christopher I considered in 2003 to take over as Prime Minister, and in 2004, considered giving Prince Kyler the title. The plans are currently being drawn up, however the public are against the idea, and many think Bhkistan will plunge into an isolated country.

The law of Bhkistan follows the English Law.

Foreign Relations of Bhkistan are good, with only a few countries in contact. Bhkistan has no bad relations and the leaders of Bhkistan want to keep it that way. It's main allies are The Republic of Stuart collyer and The Democratic Republic of Nathan Willcock.
