History
The year 1000
The Kingdom of Brabant was formed 1500 years ago. At that time a local man called Picard ruled a small independent village called Eindhoven. His city was the most famous one in the region. People from all over Europe came to see all the pride and glory of that beautiful place. Some neighbouring cities became jealous and declared war!
At first the small and badly trained army of Eindhoven didn't stand a change against the cities Breda, Helmondia, Eagle City, Veneer and Nassau. Then a miracle happened. Out of nowhere a local man held a speech at the market place of Eindhoven, every child learns that speech at school these days. "People of Eindhoven I am Martok, and just like you all I helped to build a beautiful city that we named Eindhoven, it haze been a glorious city for almost 200 years and it shall stay glorious for eternity if we will fight for it" When these word where spoken young men came forward out of the crowd and yelled. "We fight for Eindhoven. DEATH to those who dare to challenge us! And many more brave men followed, even young children. Only one day past after the words of Martok where spoken a huge army of citizen joined Picard’s army at the front lines. The enemy wasn’t impressed at first. When the attack began many brave citizens where slaughtered. And our lines where about to break! Then once again Martok spoke to his people. "Cowards!! How dare you be afraid of the thieves who have came to claim what is rightfully ours! They are nothing compared to you. You must fight, fight like you never did before and never, no never surrender!! Then Picard spoke as well. "Hail you all, brave souls, listen to this man! He is right, don't fight for me, fight for your city, your home, fight for your God! A yell came from one man in our camp… "FOR Eindhoven and Martok! All soldiers who planed to flee rallied. A loud "CHARGE" sounded over the battlefield. More than a thousand man run toward the fools who didn't retreat. Martok himself killed the fist soldiers of the enemy. They where the fist to get slaughtered, many would follow. At the end of the day Eindhoven was saved! Its foe had been defeated. Our armies broke the enemy lines and managed r to Conquer the enemy capitals Breda, Helmondia, Eagle City, Veneer and Nassau. All where conquered and the became part of the Empire of Eindhoven which was later renamed to the Empire of Brabant States.
The year 1500
For 500 years or nation lived at peace with its neighbors than a new foe showed up. A nation laying to the north wanted to grow. The northern provinces Crimea and Osstall lightened there alarm torches. Within several minutes the hole nations was aware of the danger and mobilized an army. Over 12500 man toke the horses of there farms and headed to the north. Once they reached Eindhoven they where given weapons out of the royal armory. The king send out massagers to look for foreign aid. Not a word was received after a week of waiting so the king decided to attack alone. His troops moved north to join the front lines (only 25 km away from Eindhoven). They managed to hold to enemy armies but only for a short period. Than behind our lines strange banners became visible. Many troops feared the unknown troops that slowly marched to our defense lines. In front was the king of the Forrest Elves and the Emperor of Munatan. The king of Brabant toke a horse and speeded to the army asking what there intentions where. " We come to assist you in battle the answered. The king raised a hand to show that all was well and soldiers cheered. They welcomed there brothers and exchanged food and weapons. The three kings went to a tent and made there battle plans. A huge infantry unit of 65.000 man was formed and they crushed to enemy lines. Chaos toke over the once proud army of the north. The cavalry units finished the job and captured many enemy soldiers. They where transported to the caste of Eindhoven where they where given a choice. Return to your homes and never come back, or stay here in Brabant and embrace our faith as a noble citizen. They choice was easy. Many build a house in Brabant and started to cultivate the barren lands that where destroyed in the attacks.
The present days
2003
Many years of peace followed. Until the government of Shoarma declared war upon Madaran and bombarded civilian targets. This was unacceptable to King William I and he send his own bombers in to Shoarma en assisted the government of Octopolis and Rhinelandia. Shoarma surrendered and 15.000 Brabant troops toke over its capital. But after the government was changed in Shoarma they left. There president Robbert fled and his successor Uga Bongo took over.
2004
In the early days of the new year Brabant States needed to mobilize its army many times never had to fight. The rest time was in a war between Von Aven and Octopolis. Brabant States offered assistance to Von Aven but the war ended before Brabant could do anything. After that the army engaged a huge pirate fleet. Many ships where destroyed but in the end the Pirates give there ships to Brabant States to compensate there losses. The pirates are still a thread! After that a say day accord. The Royal Dutch States lost there queen. King William was offered to take over the monarch and so he did. The nations where made one. All the people who lived in Brabant States where moved to the Royal Dutch States. In order to accommodate all of them a huge part of northern Superior Europe was taken. But Superior Europe gained the former northern provinces of Brabant States. And a couple of weeks later Brabant States had mobilized its armies again. A new foe hade come. The Dark Eagle military has imprisoned the monarch of Dark Eagle and that military regime is now fighting against a coalition. Brabant Will join this coalition against the Dark Eagle general who putt an end to the lives of the royal family of Dark Eagle. All effort was made to rescue the only survivor of that massacre, the king himself, who was imprisoned by the general was saved. Later in the year 2004 The leaders of Umbrian Monks seeded there territory to Brabant States since there bloodline died and the Brabant States king was the first in line for succession.
