Cairo is the official residence of the Lord Chancellor, Till-Aries. Till-Aries remains without a formal spouse, but keeps guests in Cairo from high profile politics. Rumoured to be hiding within the Imperial Plaza, are ƒ and Antigone, from the Fod-Colonial fiasco on Earth. Nokona, the CEO Monarch of the Third Regime, is held as a prisoner in Cairo under unknown conditions. There also remains another single guest, of whom has only been seen twice; once strolling on the veranda at night, once looking from a candle lit window.
