Cayrocasia is located in the Atlantic Ocean. Chris Perez, whose dream was to build a free society, founded it in 2005. Since then, the population Cayrocasia has grown to over 100 million. All industry and commerce is owned by the state, which distributes the profits evenly to the citizens. Cayrocasia recently started its own space program, and plans to send humans to the moon in a very short time. Cayrocasia is a democratic socialist state, and the people make the decisions. Citizens of Cayrocasia enjoy almost limitless freedom to do whatever they want. Despite this over abundance of freedoms, crime is virtually unknown. Capital punishment is abolished, and drugs and euthanasia are legal. Cayrocasia has no military, and remains neutral in almost every conflict. There are also large free public healthcare and educational systems for every citizen. Almost all of the inhabited area of the country is urban, with towering skycrapers constantly going up to house the growing population. These cities boast excelent transist systems, world-class museums, championship winning sports teams, and thriving art and music scenes.
