Cayrocasia is a democratic socialist state on Uranus's moon Oberon. Chris Perez, whose dream was to build a free society, founded it in 2005.
Geography
The nation of Cayrocasia occupies the entire surface of Oberon, a barren world. Because of its inhospitable surface, most citizens live in Cayrocasia city, situated near the equator. Cayrocasia City is a completely enclosed environment, but not entirely enclosed in the sense that it is a bubble. Rather, the bottom one hundred feet of the city is completely enclosed, allowing skyscrapers to tower over the lower areas of the city. There are a few outlying settlements connected to the main city by high-speed rail.
