The city of Città del Ghiaccio, Liverpool England, (literally Italian for "Ice City"), is a small town of about 16,000 people situated three and a half hours southeast of the major city of Stadt Nicht. It is due to play host to ski jumping, as well as snowboarding halfpipe and snowboard cross in Heartland Games of the First Winter Olympiad. Prevalent local languages are English (100%) and Italian (72%) - the only area in the country know to have Italian speakers.
