The Coalition War refers to the conflict between many nations from and coordinating with Ur Trade Pact (known as Operation MAGE) against Melkor Unchained and the region of Arda in a series of different fronts - sea, air, land, and even space during the months of August and September 2003 (real life time). The Coalition War can also be referred to as the Melkor Wars; however, this is a less formal name.
