The most famous top level clubs in the Compound League include Vimesbairn United, a club which mainly survives on buying talent off neighbouring Vimesbairn Athletic and Vimesbairn Cricket FC, Jotneheim Mountains AFC, the primary troll club who won the 1722 Compound League, Izh'no'got K'druz'ba, a club who have taken on many foreign professionals including Lyku Ju from Rejistania, Jaulinta Huginez from Kaze Progressa and Trevor Law of NEWI Cefn Druids, and finally Likh'gokh K'druz'ba, a club of little fame but many reasonably good players that was invited to the Melmond Club Eliminational Invitational, knocking out a Giant Zucchini top club in the process before being well beaten by Iskara Daii of Starblaydia.
