Summary
The Imperial Theocratic State of Constantinalia was formed out of the ashes of Urcea. It firstly buys military forces, and then had to confirm its holdings. It did so by crushing any Urcean groups left in the borders it wanted. Led by Julius Nero, who fled Urcea and left to Constantinople after the fall, they conquered everything they wanted.
Revolt
During December 20XX, the PAU went violent and began to try and take a few border towns. The Urcean Imperial Army then moved to crush them. After a few battles, the revolution continues.
