Brief History
Corporate Conservative was founded in June 2006, and is currently one of the fastest growing regions in all of NS. The region is dedicated to social conservative and economic neo-liberal thought, and regulates membership through a strict 'no-tolerance' policy.
During its short history, CC has conquered regions, set up alliances, made enemies, defended regions, invaded regions, made a map/site/forums, and has founded possibly one of the most powerful Intelligence forces in NS called 'CC Policia'.
No-tolerance
CC has a strict system for nations to join and stay in the region. The borderlines of the region are divided into 4 categories:
- Encouraged(Corporate Police State, Right-wing Utopia, Free Market Paradise)
- Accepted(Compulsory Consumerist State, Capitalist Paradise, Iron Fist Consumerist, Moralistic Democracy, Conservative Democracy, Father Knows Best State)
- Border-line(Inoffensive Centrist Democracy, Corporate Bordello)
- Inappropriate(All others)
Official Stance
CC is neither a 'fenda' or 'raider' despite accusations by both sides. CC does what it feels is right, for some regions deserve a good pounding, while others are innocent. CC's main focus however remains Intelligence, but all must remain classified.
Nazism?
CC is often the target of Nazi accusations. These are completely dumbfounded and unresearched accusations that have become an annoyance to CC. We are insulted to be associated with an idealogy we consider inferior, and we will fight for our dignity. They often revolve around three CC themes: The Iron Cross, Usage of German for our mottos and military, and our Conservative beliefs. All of this will be debunked.
- The Iron Cross-
The Iron Cross is a symbol used by 12th century Christian Knights. It was first used in Palestine, and was then imported by the Germanic states. The symbol represents loyalty, honour, and faith. It was then used by the Polish-German nation Prussia in the 1800's and its meaning remained the same. In the 1930's, the symbol was used by the Nazis. It was however an exploited symbol. Its original meaning was lost, and it served more as a symbol of German pride rather than Christian honour and faith. The Nazis exploited many symbols during Hitler's rule, including the Hindu Swastika - symbol of peace and good luck.
- Usage of German for the military and motto's
Rephias, the founding member, has a significant German ancestry. It's only appropriate for him to use his language of choice in determining the names of the military and the region's motto. Are all Germans nazi's? Nope. So then why is it a big deal for a region to use German names for the military and for the motto? German is a language that has been in use for thousands of years. Why is it that 13 years of bad history(1933 - 1945) taint the language as a whole? German is not a Nazi language. It's an Indo-European language. One with significant influence - partly due to the fact that English, Dutch, Swedish, and Danish are all Germanic languages. Does that mean all of German's children are evil too? If that's the case, English is a Nazi language too.
- Conservative beliefs
It's a common misconception that Conservatism is Right-wing and that Nazism is Far-Right. Fortunately this is not true. Nazism is actually called the "Radical Centre". Nazism was officially opposed to both Capitalism and Communism. In Hitler's "Mein Kampf", both Capitalism and Communism were considered evil Jewish plots to take over the world. Capitalism apparently represented Jewish greed and desire for control. During Hitler's years in power, he did some of the most Anti-Capitalist practices known to man-kind. Hitler's policies included large-scale public ownership, the abolition of private property for the majority of citizens, strict quotas and restrictions for businesses, high taxation, strict environmental laws, the banning of many goods and services, and an end to economic freedom. In fact, from an economical point of view, Hitler was closer to socialism than Capitalism, hence "National Socialism". Why on earth would a Capitalist and Conservative region support Anti-Capitalist Nazis? As for the social part, it's true, much of the CC community is very Nationalist. For example, Verak is a Chinese nationalist. Now hold on, isn't it against Nazi theory to be Non-white? Well guess what, CC has at least 3 minority members - 2 Chinese and 1 Jew. A Jew too? CC goes against Nazi racial beliefs completely, and there are no racist CC members. Corporate Conservative also supports Israel independence - terrorists, Nazis, and Communists are all against Jews having a homeland! Corporate Conservative holds no sympathy for the destruction of Nazis.
