Coulta Island Penal Colony is a prison-island in the pacific ocean. It is in a desolate part of the ocean, surrounded by thousands of miles of ocean.

History

The island was colonized in 1932, and was turned into a penal colony in 1962. It has been a possession of Asgarnieu since 1847.
