Crna Gora Liv Eng at the Games of the First Winter Olympiad (country code CNG) is represented by the Crna Gora Liv Eng Regional Olympic Authority (abbreviated CNGOA). 14 athletes are scheduled to be on the delegation, made up of two curling teams and four cross-country skiiers. There is no confirmation of who has been selected yet, however.

Crna Gora Liv Eng, a protectorate of Liverpool England (who are also competing at the first Winter Olympics), enjoys special status of having seperate national Olympic and footballing authorities from the FALE and OCLE.
