DC Defense Cordon is a puppet nation, founded by the Dark Celene with purpose of Heading Roll the Bones' Defense while Dark Celene is away. Now, when Dark Celene left Roll the Bones, DC Defense Cordon's purpose remains unclear.
Effectively, the majority of DC Defense Cordon’s “citizens” are militarists, with only a small amount of civilians who serve at various military repair and manufacturing facilities. Even though some civilian population does present in DC Defense Corodn, the Dark Celene is still forced to supply DC Defense Cordon with resources and equipmnet to keep it running; on a positive side, it ensures DC Defense Cordon’s depandance on Dark Celene, which, in turn, ensures that DC Defense Cordon will never be able to break away from the Dark Celene.
