Originally from Mayatland, Dato Yi was transfered to Pastocia after joining the COMECON Alliance in 2052, after serving 14 years in the The Nurdbotian Soviet Navy, where he reached the rank of Colonel. He was placed in charge of non-combat Naval Ops in the capital of Pastantinople until 2053.
