Geography
Delta City is located the mouth of the River Delta, at the head of the bay bearing the same name on the Southern edge of the St Andrew's Bay itself. Despite marking the border between the Desert of the Delta(to the East) and the Diadore Desert (to the West), the city has a surprisingly cool climate, helped by both prevailing cooling ocean winds and the relatively sheltered position of much of the city within the upper sections of the Carassian Mountains. Average tempratures range from 22C in winter to 40C in summer.
