Motto Taking Niploma Further

The Democratic Party (registered name: Democratic Party of Niploma casual referance: Democrats) is the most capitalistic of all political parties in Niploma. It is neoliberal, internationalist and socially centrist.

Ideology

Economically the party line is clear:

  • lowerment of the minimum wage
  • laissez faire economics
  • oppose social-democracy and socialism
  • severe tax-breaks

Socially the party is overtly opaque. They hold extremely centrist social beliefs which are extremely unclear. They are, as believed, to be pro-UN and The Anumist Alliance. Howard Dean declared he is, 'pro defending democracy in far off lands when threatened by Communism or totalitarionists.'. Other social beliefs are unknown. Interestingly for neoliberals the Democrats agree that global warming is occuring and therefore needs to be countered and fought. They therefore agree that something needs to be done as a state but not by business.

Coalition

Howard Dean has admitted, 'My party simply won't win an election, it is up to us to join Alliances and Coalitions to strengthen a capitalistic Government'.

Pro

The following parties are likely to be favoured by the Democrats (in preferance):

Anti

The follwing parties are never to be favoured by the Democrats:
