Ideology
Economically the party line is clear:
- lowerment of the minimum wage
- laissez faire economics
- oppose social-democracy and socialism
- severe tax-breaks
Socially the party is overtly opaque. They hold extremely centrist social beliefs which are extremely unclear. They are, as believed, to be pro-UN and The Anumist Alliance. Howard Dean declared he is, 'pro defending democracy in far off lands when threatened by Communism or totalitarionists.'. Many social beliefs are unknown but, due to control in Rhorn, it is believed the party supports tradtionalism. Interestingly for neoliberals the Democrats agree that global warming is occuring and therefore needs to be countered and fought. They therefore agree that something needs to be done as a state but not by business.
Coalition
Howard Dean has admitted, 'My party simply won't win an election, it is up to us to join Alliances and Coalitions to strengthen a capitalistic Government'.
Pro
The following parties are likely to be favoured by the Democrats (in preferance):
- Libertarian Reform Party
- Christian Democratic Party of Niploma
- Green Party of Niploma
- Liberal-Gaelic Alliance
- Social-Democratic Party of Niploma
Anti
The follwing parties are never to be favoured by the Democrats:
Rhorn
The party quickly developed strong support in Rhorn and controls their Local Authority. The Democrats have steadfast become popular with Niplomians who supported the Grand Conservatives. Therefore the Democrats have been seen as the new Conservative party. To counter this Dean has declared that he disagrees with Niploma First principles although, 'supports the traditional values of GCP ex-members and voters'.
