Durban is a large, dynamic city, at the southernmost reaches of Costa Bravo. Located on the Isla de Muerte, Durban is mere miles away from the revolutionary prison-city Rura Penthe, and is capital of the region. Durban is wedged between foot of Mount Durban and Erne Casserne. It is a popular tourist attraction, due in part to the Renault Piste being popularly held there. The Carthaginian Embassy to Costa Bravo is located in Durban, and was bombed by the radical tribal terrorists, Sauvages. It has since been rebuilt.

Renault Piste

The Renault Piste is the premier Street Luge race of Costa Bravo. Street Luge is an increasingly popular sport throughout the country, and the Renault Piste is often referred to as the "Grand Prix of Costa Bravo", due to its magnitude. The Renault Piste, also interchangeably hosted in Marennes, and, to a lesser extent, Beaumont, winds from a suburban area on the lower steppes of Mount Durban, through the city, and ends near the docks at the northeastern part of the city. It is famous for its sharp turns, and the lack of safety guards on many parts of the tracks. Three people have died in Durban since the Piste's start.
