Both Kingdoms had already built empires, Castile already having conquered Galicia, Asturias,Leon, and the Canaries. While the Aragonese held part of Valencia, Catalonia, the Balearics, and the Basque regions straddling the Pyrenees. When the Monarchs of these two Kingdoms married, their offspring would eventually inherit a vast empire that would later become Edenburg, which went on to conquer Navarre, Aquitaine, and Rousillon Languedoc. | |
