The Commonwealth of Egalitarian Tribalists is a nation comprised of various tribes, communities of families. In Egalitarian Tribalists each tribe is composed of a community of people in an area that are free to select and run there own government, that answers to the nation's central government. The nation is ruled by a dictator for life who is elected by the people. When a dictator dies a representative from each of the tribes meet in the capital to debate about their next leader. The debate goes on until 7 candidates are nominated and approved by the council. The candidates then spend the following year campaigning. During that year the tribes completely govern themselves. At the end of the year, everybody votes and the candidate with the most votes becomes the next dictator for life. A dictator can only be removed from office if they resign, or if 3\5 of the population sign a petition to have the leader removed. In the case of a dictator being removed the tribal representatives reconvene to nominate a new set of candidates. A candidate may not be nominated consecutively but may run as many times as possible otherwise. The dictator for life has limited power, they are the head of foreign affairs and can create policies on issues that are submitted by the parliament. Each tribe are free to govern themselves, however they choose, so long as they obey te central government. Each tribe has their own language or dialect but they must also know the national language.

                            Military
The Nation's military is unique in that it is privatized. Corporations can sponsor a division of the army in exchnge for exclusive advertising rights. This way people are relieved of the taxes necessary to support the army and promotes charitable corporations. The nation has no active navy of it's own, rather other nations station ships near the nations coast during wartime, in exchange for access to the nations oil deposits. There is also a militaia force made up of citizens who sign up to fight during watime in exchange for a tax cut over five yaears. Each tribe organizes and runs it's own police force.
