History
The beautiful and glorious land of EMSPR was founded completely by accident. In the early 1900’s a steamship full of displaced citizens of several nations we’re sailing to find a place to live. However a terrible storm washed them ashore an island. A fairly big island. Now the 1800 people had nothing to do but make it home. But problems plagued from the start. Some people had trouble adapting to the very hot climate, and it was the middle of Hurricane season. Several hurricanes ravaged them week after week, causing a few deaths, and much destruction. Out of the 1800 people 1,732 survived the first month.
Fortunately, the weather became calm, and the people began to spread. As they speeded, they found several areas of natural hot spring, waterfalls, cool springs, and plenty of food. The natives took great advantage of these springs, using them for bathing, swimming, washing, crop growing, etc.
For a long while technology was very limited. Electricity didn’t even make it until the mid 50’s. Also at this time, a revolution was underway. The island’s largest family declared themselves Royal Rule, and promised democracy. “As so long as this Royal House Ship shall remain, we will bestow unto you freedom.” -King Ludokai I. Sadly many in the rest of the world have shrugged it off as dictatorship in disguise. However the people we’re largely unoppressed.
Finally as the 60’s and 70’s came, EMSPR managed to become modernized. But due to its remote location, it was rather isolated. Staying off the Radar from most countries, and really keeping to it’s self, while.
Government
The Royal Family does have the executive powers, however people have a say in how the government is ran. People can address the Royal House of Politics, telling what issues they want and do not want. While there are no elections, people don’t mind. The Royal family knows the meaning of “treating people well, or else.” Civil rights are superb, minorities are rarely antagonized. The person who is selected to be King takes on the name of state Ludokai.
The Royal Family
The Ludokai Family has been in power since the 80's. Robert and Allena Ludokai run the nation together.

While often the children to take the position as Heirs it's ultimately up to the Royal Family, and them individually. Even if a new king takes position they are still refred to as Prince or Princess.
Geogrpahy
The island is rather large. Larger than Japan and England, but smaller than Australia. Big peaks span the north and snake down in the west. The east has a few peaks, but not many. The Midwest is flat and that is where most of the farming goes on. The Capital sits on the coast, and it’s the largest city in the country.
Glorious crystal clear freshwater spring’s rivers, and waterfalls, and hot springs, can be found all over the country. They make for wonderful romantic spots, and swinging hang outs.
Mountais peaks can reach over 4,000 feet in some places. They provide some very nice scenery, but with fault lines some heavy earthquakes.
Culture
Music is big entertainment. While people do enjoy movies, T.V. and other media, going to concerts are the big things. People love to attend modern, classical, jazz, and “Sounds of the Movies” which performs scores from various movies. Music Education is a big deal amongst many parents. Bands Orchestra’s Choirs, are just as big as sport teams. People often attend dance, or book clubs. Poetry clubs meet almost every night.

No official religion is established by the country. People are free to chose what religion they chose. In the east Christianity and Catholicism are big. Twoards the west LDS, Lutheranism, and Protestantism are big. E.S. isn't a very secular nation, but it's still very tolerant, and fun loving.
People enjoy the world renowned hot and cold springs in the country. The Hot Springs are sulfer free, and self cleaning which is an amazing natural phenominon. It's a great place for guys to take their dates, and ocasionally get "aquainted" The Cold Springs are great for the dog-days of summer, fresh crystal clear water is great for outdoor swiming. Otherwise the pools and beaches are always open. The hot springs are great for the chilly winters.

Our primary hotels are located in the Capital of Crystal City. We have several superb 5 star hotels (Rated by the World Travel Organization) and many great and affordable hotles. All hotels provided a cotinental breakfast, and complimentry mints. Affordable or 5 Star, excellent service is provided. We don't care who you are, if your service isn't satisfactory, you don't tip.
Places to go Things to Do
We have a wonderful ammusment park in Crystal City. Filled with fun games, rides and shows. Travel into the back country, you can visit the exquist fresh water springs. Cool and Hot, great for soaking, or great for a picknick. Many of our high peaks provide great challange to climbers, or relaxing hikes.
The city culture fest we put on for toursist, runs every night. See the rich culture, of E.S.

Attend a concert. We have great Jazz, Classical, Popular Themes. Or maybe go watch a School Concert, as our musically talented youth perform.
Catch a movie or two. We have many great flics playing.

Gourmet, Fast Food, Casual Dine in, you name it we have it. Many great foods from the nation you are sure to enjoy. Romatic, Music, you name the themes, we can point it out to you. And don't worry you healt nuts out there, plenty of health based resteraunts would be happy to see you. Great health foods, at great costs.
Climate
E.S. climate is temprate. Summers are hot and wet, winters are cold and snowy all over the nation. Average Summer temprature is about 98 dgrees, in winter it's an average of 25 (brrrr)
Natural Disasters
The most common disasters are tornado's hurricanes and blizzards.
Tornados have been known to rip through populated cities, but it's been pretty rare
Otherwise blizzard pose risks for snowbounding farmers, sometimes small towns. They also prove risk of developing into ice storms
Earth Quakes and lightning storms are also common for causing dmage or deaths.
