Preamble

Entrance was originally meant to be called Starcra, but a glitch in the server said that that name was taken, so the name was based on my website at the time 'Digimon Entrance', I took the Entrance. However, later on another nation, Starcra II was created for other purposes (Will be seen when I create Starcra II's page) and since then these nations have been one and the same. The politics represented in my nation are those of my own and I don't roleplay as such since the nation leader, Prince Darryl, is more or less just like me. Don't be fooled by the word 'Prince' it's not a monarchy, the Prince is purely the descendant of the founder. I can't think of anything else to say in this preamble so I'll get on with the description.

Regional History

This nation was created in the South Pacific and stayed there for just over a year, after which I the nation had been planning to move to another region and chose the easy way out - The Rejected Realms, it currently resides there and will so for another year.

Previously being the only nation it was the most active, but now, having two, it is the least active and is there purely to deal with daily issues, attempt to achieve #1 in the UN rankings and grow in population. In fact stats for both Entrance and Starcra II should be counted on Entrance's ratings.

For a brief time, Entrance formed part of the UN during which the proposal 'Solar Panels for All' was proposed and it achieved over 20 approvals with no telegram campaign. 'Solar Panels for All' was the first version of 'Promotion of Solar Panels'. Later, Entrance left the UN wishing to return to the old life it had.

History

Entrance originally seperated from the rest of NS and became distinguishable as it's own area sometime around 5 BC where Werewolves, the regions national animal, roamed freely.

In the 1500's the first people arrived and immediately set up homes living in harmony with the Werewolves, mostly. The leader of the troup that found the land was Prince Darryl, at the time there was no system of government so he made the laws, and the eldest sons of his descendants taking his place. All of them being named Darryl.

In the 1800's the sense of a government was formed, but this was still preceeded over by the Prince, and as such no elections took place, but appointments.

The year 1910 is considered the pinnacle of the nation's history. This was the first year an election took place and since then a government with elections has taken place every five years with the Prince being a representative.

The style from the 1920's - 1950's is still practised throughout most of Entrance, meaning the fashion still revolves around Tuxedo's and dresses, and old styled cars are a favourite. Regardless of that, science is one of the best in the world as it has researched into advance technologies.

It was in the 1960's that the nation became awre of the environment and began to pass laws that protected it such as the 'Werewolf Preservation Bill' which protects Werewolves and their habitats.

There have been no internal or external wars or threats in Entrance to date. Strife is at a minimum and while there are differences in wealth, everyone has a sanitary home and enough to eat. Employment is high along with income tax, but the citizens are willing to pay in return for the benefits they receive.

Geography

The nation is an archipelago in the South Western side of the world. The smaller island next to it is called Exit and is run by the same government. Exit is also called Moonuis. It should be noted that anyone can drive from one side of Entrance to the other in about an hour maximum with traffic, it's not a big island.

Entrance is divided into four areas :-

Area 1 - Franambia. This is the industrial sector, 85% of the nations factories are found in this area. 70% of the sector is taken up by the industry, 20% is residential, 5% are irrigational areas and 5% are unused.

Area 2 - Icno. This is the greatest tourist area in Entrance, filled with different activities and hotels. 50% is filled with hotels, motels and rentable flats, 35% is filled with various services such as malls and the such. The remaining 15% are residential homes.

Area 3 - Philond. This is where most of the excitement is, the lights in this area make it seem like it's the afternoon at night. It's home to many casino's and nightclubs but is also home to the few gangsters and mobs in Entrance. 40% are casinos, 40% are nightclubs, 19% are residential and 1% are hotels.

Area 4 - Runtundoa. Here we have most of the energy generated, there are very few residential areas with the exeption of those who work here. 90% are energy factories while 10% are Residential homes and a university. Entrance's energy generation methods are as follows : 50% Solar energy, 20% Fossil fuels, 10% Wind energy, 10% Biomass and Hydroelectric, 7% Geothermal and 3% Nuclear energy.

Exit is also divided into the following four areas :-

Area 1 - Wanopia. This was originally water but a city was built over the water to help decrease the density of the population. 80% of this area is residential, 10% are hotels, 10% are tertiary sector areas.

Area 2 - Planimia. 80% of Entrance's Werewolves live in this area, so as such, with the exception of reserves, there are no people living here. 90% is pure rainforest and countryside, 10% are nature reserves and tourist attractions.

Area 3 - Wivona. This is the desert of Entrance. While it is not extreme enough to prevent people living here, few people do. 70% is pure desert, 20% is residential, 5% are casinos and 5% are reserves

Area 4 - Rocknamora. Here lies most of the stuff that isn't above. 50% are government departments, 40% is full of theatres and newspaper printing presses. The final 10% is made up of a mixture of various stuff found in other sectors.
