Exarch of New Jerusalem

The Exarch of New Jerusalem is an officer who oversees the administration of the Exarchate of New Jerusalem in the name of the Emperor of Pantocratoria. The office is hereditary, and while it is technically not a noble one, the Exarch is functionally the third most powerful noble in Pantocratoria, behind the Emperor and the Despot of New Constantinople.
