Starblaydia All-Time XI nomination, Spruitland First Division Manager of the Season (Seasons 3 & 4)

There is a reason, you know, why Starblaydia always seem to play a 4-4-2 'Diamond' formation with one player who can never decide if he's a withdrawn striker or a thrown-forward midfielder. This is all because of Fabricio de Souza Lima.

To this day the experts still can't decide if Fabricio was a striker or a midfielder. More tricks than your average magician concealed a hardworking playmaker who covered as much of the pitch as anyone. He made the role his own in the early days of Starblaydi teams competing on the international stage, and in players like Tetsuo Naoki, Syku Lyku-Agbayani and Itechton Matranga there have been worth successors who have fit the mould cast by Fabricio perfectly.

Fabricio is always a popular face, wherever he appears in Starblaydia, though especially now in Spruitland, where he took on the management of FC Albertine and turned them from table-proppers of Season 2 into table-toppers of Season 3. Albertine also won the Spruitland Cup that season in an historic Double, being the first season when a League and Cup were both contested.

In his second full season in charge of Albertine, they missed out on the First Division Championship on the last day to the Paulo Bachchan-managed Lepus FC. Fabricio's team, however, did manage to take the Spruit Cup for a second consecutive season, earning him Manager of the Year honours for the second season himself. As a reward from the Starblaydi Football Association for his talents, Fabricio was given the Under-19s squad when they were sent to represent Starblaydia in a tournament in Trotsgrad.

Obviously not afraid to make and break records around the world, Fabricio's happy, smiling face is a constant delight to sports fans the world over, as is his highlight reel from both playing and managing.
