Started out in a region called Highlands of Last Hope from various members of www.alternatehistory.net/discussion. When that region collapsed Fenure moved around awhile, never staying in one region long. Joined the United Federation of Planets from an invatation. Was the UN delagate for long while. The leader lost interest in Nationstates, andonly logs in once every few weeks to keep nation from dieing out of nostagalia.

The name "The 'Nice' and 'Honest' Nation of Fenure" seemed appropiate coming from a Father Knows Best State. And is also done for humor.
Website was made for the nation as a direct result of the leader having too much time on his hands.
