Fortleza is a major resort city in the extream south of Willink Peninsula. It is considered the second most important city in the District, after Penicoria. The City has an area of 366 square km. The city runs north-south, with the mainland to the west, and the Omz strait to the east.

Tourism

Fort Leza has 325 days of sunlight a year, plus warm ocean breezes year-round make the city a massively appealing tourist destination. There are a massive amount of clubs, festivals, bars and shows, and there is entertainment year-round. A massive-long strip of beach features the majority of the hotels, while large summer homes lay on canals and in the surrounding area. The docks feature a dolphin-spotting trip and fireworks every week. The water is warm year-round, making the city an appealing spot to any tourist around the year. Cafe's and shopping line the beachside boardwalk that stretches over 2km. On fridays, live music, shopping specials, and food festivals make the beach the place to be.

Further away from the waterfront, there are 4 waterparks, more upscale shopping for the rich, two yacht clubs, and modern summer homes and beach houses/bungalo's.

Culture

The city has been labeled as "Heaven" by teens, and the culture refects them. The city is slow most of the week, with surf shops, a few major buisnesses, and tourists taking there time to bask in the city. There is a major Art-Deco art infulence throughout the city, with several major museums and galleries built in that style.

Sports

The City has professional football, soccer, and baseball teams, a plethora of minor league teams, and two little leauges. It often hosts surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing competitions.

How to get there

The city is easily acessable by the route 82 highway system running south from Penicoria, can be reached by cruise ship, or by airplane at the Fort Leza international airport.
