For centuries, the nation fromerly known as The Freeland of Gothic Vampire Freaks was lead by Primogen Acasha Keelin. On the night of her 299th year of leadership, she announced to a shocked nation that she was stepping down and would name her successor in one year. During that year speculation abounded as to who the new leader would be. All government activity came to a halt and the country began to suffer economically.
At last the night the nation was waiting for had arrived.
Primogen Keelin addressed her people "Citizens of Gothic Vampire Freaks, I have served as your leader for 3 centuries. I feel that I have taken this great nation as far as it can go. As such, I have spent the last year looking for my successor.
The man I have selected is a man many of you have heard of. He has fought for his country on many battlefields, many of them behind closed doors with politicians. He is ruthless in his desire to improve the life of all people in Gothic Vampire Freaks.
It gives me great pleasure to intorduce your new leader, Primogen of the clan Gangrel, Lord Methos.
As Primogen Keelin and Lord Methos went through the rites that were required for changing leadership, the country looked on in awe. These rites had never been performed in public prior to this.
Lord Methos' first order of business was changing the nation flag, which he did with much approval from the citizens of Gothic Vampire Freaks. His second order of business took months to complete, and that was changing the name of the nation.
The Freeland of Gothic Vampire Freaks is now known as The Undead Dominion of Gothic Vampire Freaks. After the name change, the history of this great nation gets interesting.
Lord Methos had fired all of Acasha's advisors and replaced the entire staff with humans. Upon the advise of his new staff, Lord Methos began to discuss the idea joining the Region of Stars with Bella Hostavich. Gothic Vampire Freaks left their former region and joined with Stars, causing riots to break out on the streets.
Once in Stars, Methos could see the military was in a sorry state and began to try and rebuild the Army of Stars. For his efforts, he was made the Interim Secretarty of Defence as well as Director of Regional Security.
Things are getting interesting in Gothic Vampire Freaks, and will continue to do so, as long as Lord Methos is the Master Vampire.
