Regional History
GAMU was a region of an unstable fights for power, for unity and democracy. It was founded by Suuropolis, and first started out as an small region. The first delegate was Balderdash. The second Delegate, Cool Egg Socialism, took power and started a recruitment drive and the region began to grow.
In Haloween 2005 the first questions about democracy and power began to arise. The regions first inter-regional action was an invasion of the Golden Triangle. This invasion arose due to threats by a delegate who had siezed power there. The action was led by Oecussi, who would go on to become the regions first, and most contriversial Director of Intelligence.
Several nations, unsatisfied with Cool Egg Socialism, formed a rebellion. Rumours of spies abounded in GAMU, and Oecussi began to build up the Intelligence Department.
Time passed, and GAMU was involved in another regional war. After accusing a high ranking government official of being a spy, Oecussi resigned and his loyal deputy, Negavalo took over as Director. By this time, GAMU was tearing itself it appart.
A few months later, Negavalo, by now a major leader of GAMU made public claims against Cool Egg Socialism, claiming that he was a dictator. Negavalo called for a "great exodus", and led many people of GAMU to a new region known as LOUD.
After that, GAMU never re-built itself. Eventually, even Cool Egg Socialism left, and Suuropolis died.
Then, in early 2006, an invasion force from TNL captured GAMU and annexed it into TNL. A few months later, after the TNL crisis that led to TNL becoming a dominion of LKE, rebel TNL forces, led by General Veri Pax, captured GAMU and used it as a forward base.
In the rebellion's peace treaty with the LKE, it was agreed that GAMU should be given to a neutral region. Ironically, it was given to LOUD. LOUD II has been appointed the first Administrator of GAMU.
The Region
GAMU is now a remote waste land. LOUD currently has no offfical policy on GAMU, so its future could lead to anything.
