Overview
The Maverick Nation of Greenville is a relatively old and Very proud nation in The Region of Texas. It's leader, Steve W. Estep (sometimes called The Kingfish), when making public appearances, has been known to wear the customary symbol of power, The Lion's Head Mask of Green-ville. While this is not required of the head of state, it is a custom dating back to days of old.
Green-ville is located in the northeastern portion of the Texas Prairies and Lakes subregion, and currently serves as it's Sub-regional leader.

The Capital City of Green-ville is Green-ville City.
Major Cities
The other major cities in the Maverick Nation of Green-ville are (in no order of size): Washington Heights, Audie Murphy City, New New Orleans, Commerce, Quinlan, Ardis Heights, Boonies City, Kingston, Neylandville, Celeste, Lone Oak, White Rock, Rolling Rock, Miller City, Pine Grove, and Brantleyville.
Miscellaneous Information
Green-ville was named after General Thomas Jefferson Green, who was a Mier prisoner who escaped from the Mexican prison at Perote, and is accredited with the authorship of the immortal tribute to the Alamo--Thermopylae had its messenger of defeat--the Alamo had none.
Green-ville was the home of the most decorated U.S. Combat Soldier of World War II, Audie Murphy.
Green-ville is also home to the only Texas non-major league baseball team to defeat the New York Yankees in a game, the Green-ville Majors.
Currently
Green-ville currently serves The Region of Texas as its Secretary of State, a position that Estep is familiar with, his mother once having served as personal secretary to the real-life Louisiana Secretary of State a long time ago. Due to this position, Green-ville is third in command of the Region of Texas (behind the President, NewTexas and the Vice-President, Richard II.
