Groznyj-Locke Alliance

The Groznyj-Locke Alliance ensures three major things between these two very powerful nations.

Section I. Arms and Armaments

Article I. Naval Arms Trade

This alliance ensures that the naval and military ships produced and exported by Groznyj of the region Simtropolis, will be imported by Ian John Locke II of the region Riordonia.
The following ships will be imported by Ian John Locke II
  • 'Surface Ships'
  • 'Submarines'

Article II. Aerial Arms Trade

This alliance also ensures that the aerial arms produced and exported by Groznyj of the region Simtropolis, will be imported by Ian John Locke II of the region Riordonia.
The following aerial forces will be imported by Ian John Locke II

Section II. Military Movements

Article I. Treaties

This alliance ensures that from this date forth [21-February-2007], no wars shall be fought where Groznyj and Ian John Locke II are on opposing ends of the conflict.

Article II. Mid-war Commerce

This alliance states that during any military confict that either Groznyj or Ian John Locke II is part of, the other may not deal with the opposing country (or countries) with any trade routes or connections that would further the opposing nations cause.

Article III. Inter-Alliance Conflicts

Unless willing to risk a breach of alliance, neither Groznyj nor Ian John Locke II can ever issue a edict declaring any such action that would violate any assurance made previously.
If said alliance is violated, the culpable nation shall pay restitutions to the violated nation
