The Dictatorship of H4nter is a very large, economically powerful nation, renowned for its complete absence of social welfare. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical population of 50 million are ruled by a mostly-benevolent dictator, who grants the populace the freedom to live their own lives but watches carefully for anyone to slip up.

Economy

The enormous, corrupt government devotes most of its attentions to Law & Order, with areas such as Social Welfare and Social Equality receiving almost no funds by comparison. The average income tax rate is 25%. A robust private sector is led by the Gambling industry, followed by Automobile Manufacturing and Arms Manufacturing.

Politics

Criminals are executed and their property seized, a crusade against barbaric religious practices has begun, government-run brothels can be found on every street corner, and citizens are regularly shot for parking on the double-yellow line. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is relatively low, thanks to the all-pervasive police force. H4nter's national animal is the fish, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its currency is the yen.
