History
A small group of humans attempted to enter the region Helghan. However, their small union was not deemed large enough to be allowed enter. Setting up a small colony in the arid deserts of the planet Akagi, the Helghan Colonial Force was born. The colonists developed into a group of cynical and militaristic people. They eventually joined with the Armed Republic of Toukon Ryu Dynasty and the Disputed Territories of Kroenen Followers, to form a powerful region, the Helghast Colony.
Government
The Helghan Colonial Force is ruled over by their cruel dictator Cetanu Visari. Political freedoms are outlawed and civil rights are few. Anyone who speaks out against Lord Marshall Cetanu are executed.

Military
The Colonial army is a massively powerful war machine, the largest in the region, due to the compulsory military service at the age of 16 for 5 years. The exact figures are unknown, as the Colonials do not wish for their power to be revealed before they wish. The main body of the army are Colonials. However, the navy features a large number of Toukon Ryu soldiers as the planet Toukon is covered mostly in water and the army personnel are extremely good navy admirals and have the best Ships available. The Ground Forces and Air Cavalry are solely Colonial soldiers and pilots.
