Introduction
The Millitaristic Faction of The Helghan Empire is a safe nation located on a planet called Helghan; it is located in the outer rim of the galaxy. The Helghan Empire is a strong, ruthless, militaristic, separatist faction. The Helghan Empire contains a race known as the Helghast.
History
The Helghan Empire was founded a year before the Early Halycon Period of Planetary Colonisation. During colonisation, the Helghast colonised a planet they called Helghan. The planet had atmospheric anomalies that were not detected, so children are born with deformities. The radiation had made many fall ill and die and also make them lose all hair on their heads. Many die, but many more live. The radiation may had made people sick but the radiation enhanced their bodies - making them stronger and more superhuman. Over time, the Helghast had adapt to the harsh environment to ensure survival. Helghan has strong animosity and burning hatred against Earth, any nation who call themselves the Interplanetary Strategic Alliance, and anyone who wishes to stand in the way of Helghast rule and domination.
People/Population
There are about 78% males and 22% females. Whenever male babies are born, Helghast doctors run tests on the infants. If infants are very healthy and will grow to be very strong they will be drafted into the Helghan Military when coming of age. But if male infants are born with normal or weak strengths, they will have a job in the economy, agriculture, or become military suppliers; those three jobs are the parent's choices. Women always have the jobs of either economy or agriculture. The citizens live simple lives, but are kept under strict control. Families usually consist of a mother, father, two sons, and a daughter.
Government
The political government of The Helghan Empire is facism or a dictatorship, run by two ruthless men. The supreme leader of the Helghast is Scolar Visari; he came to power as a liberator to save the Helghast who prayed for a leader in their darkest hour. The commander of the Helghast Army is General Lente - a facistic man who carries out Visari's orders and will stop at nothing until Helghan is dominate against all others. Helghan declared independence when they inhabited The Helghan Planet after escaping The Pacific. The Helghan Empire was initially known The Armed Republic, after declaring independence The Helghan Empire therefore became and remained as a The Rogue Nation of The Helghan Empire. The government has a small amount of voluntary police because crime is unknown and Helghast citizens do not like to commit crimes against the government. The only crimes that are commited is loitering and shoplifting (but many people will confess about that). Schools are compulsory for people who do not have jobs in the military. There are three types and they specify in the only three jobs - economics, agriculture, and military support. They are to learn to read, write (the military do this too), learn about many important things in their job and usually demonstrate them. Schools have a three year term. Scolar Visari and General Lente engineer a program for a massive rearmament for Helghan and the massive Helghan Army.

Military
The army and police are the only branches for defense and order. The Helghan Army is very large. It's compulsory for the stronger males. At the age of 13, they are to leave their homes and train to become a soldier. They study for eight years, once finished training, they finally become soldiers ready to fight. The Helghast military contains 65% of the Helghast male population, no doubt. The men are well trained and carry out orders efficiently. Trained to fight to the death, trained to survive on their own or in groups, and trained to not give in to torture or pain. There is a 2% of workers, mechanics and medics who supply the military with provisions, support, armor, and most importantly: ammo and weapons.

Communications
Communications are very uncommon to Helghast society, but they do play a roll in some ways. Helghast televisions have only two channels: the first is the Helghast news, and the second is Helghast educational or propaganda footage. Telephones are distributed not sold, there are two per Helghast families. In main city areas, there are two loudspeakers outside broadcast stations. They don't play music, they play speeches and propaganda at least three times a day.
Helghast Flag
The meaning of the flag is to portray what has happened and what will happen. The red shows the blood of the Helghast that die protecting Helghan. The black arrows and outline mean death of enemies that will spread like a plague. And the white outlines show the Helghast spirit and honor. Another meaning for the white colors outlining the black arrows mean that the Helghast are responsible for enemies's death.
