The Enlightened Republic of Hypocria is a huge, economically powerful and safe nation, remarkable for its barren, inhospitable landscape, compulsory military service and complete absence of social welfare.
The government -- a sprawling, bureaucracy-choked, corrupt morass -- is mainly concerned with Law & Order, although Defence and Public Transport are on the agenda.
