Iceloate was founded by Ñæylèd Ljós, a rogue Icelandic Explorer, who left the mainland Iceland. His expedition left a search for new land, in a more habititable area. This lead him to the region of The East Pacific. With new land set up, Ljós set up an immediate form of autocratic government. This government promised changes to it's followers, and was based off the ideologies of a marxist / lenninist society.
