Consul Ilosse Seiran was one of Lirella Keral's advisors during her governance of Kajal Mars, and he continues in that role today. Residing in Shalbatana, Kajal Mars, his duties include meeting with foreign dignitaries, and negotiating trade treaties, among other things. He enjoys waterskiing in his spare time, and owns a small FTL capable yacht, which he often uses to visit Earth.
